Fair price on diagnostic and provided info on issues I was aware of but not inquiring about which is nice that they took the extra initiative above and beyond what I asked for. Now their repair price quotes were a little bit wild to me, but it’s their shop, they can charge what they want, we as a customer can opt not to have said work done if the price is too high. Their diag fee is very reasonable, and that’s what I needed and was provided, so I am happy with that. If their prices were more reasonable, would I have had the work done by them instead of opting to do it myself? Maybe. But I am happy with the price I paid for diag, especially with all the extra issues diagnosed and priced that were above and beyond what I paid for, were appreciated. I likely won’t get a lot of actual repairs done here due to pricing, but will likely bring them my vehicle if I need future diagnosis, and if you have the money for the repair prices, by all means, they probably do great work that’s worth a little extra. I can’t afford that little “exta”, and that isn’t their fault. Very nice people and “mostly” timely (stuff happens).

The Garage in BA is consistently thorough. They have excellent customer service, and have the ability to explain, through multiple methods, with little jargon, what needs to be fixed and what the origin of the issue is. They make suggestions and recommendations without being “pushy”, and I have always valued their knowledge of mechanics. They do charge a little higher in comparison to other mechanics, but you receive communication and knowledge that is priceless. They have fixed issues with my vehicle that was caused by other mechanics, and issues that other shops could not. #THEGARAGEBA Thank you very much. I will always appreciate you all.
