Geoff was an absolute delight! The lock he was changing turned out to be much harder than anticipated (the last guys had glued it in!) but Geoff was absolutely unflappable, and had the situation sorted in under 30 mins. All with the reassuring air of a total professional - and at a great price, too. I will definitely be hiring Geoff next time - if only to hear more of his brilliant stories!
