Jeff arrived within 20 minutes of me calling him. Unfortunately my door was high security and the door handle was inaccessible from the outside. Jeff refused to charge me even though he did try everything he could. He told me had he tried to do more, the costs of fixing the lock would be thousands of pounds. I hugely appreciate his honesty.
