Truckers: Street has an ample space for overnight parking or there is a Ultramar/Pipeline with very limited parking (Around 5-6 trucks max.). Once enter the property, there a huge sign board with a phone written on it to call the receiver (Photo attached). After check-in over the call you have to drop the paperwork with your mobile number on them in a small rusty box next to the door close to sign board. Check pictures. Clean restroom. After everything go to the back of property to park and wait for a call from receiver with a door number. After dock light start flashing red and green, simply move your truck a bit and get the paperwork from the back of your trailer.

They r good and strict for appointment, Dont have overnight parking, near to the warehouse there’s a Pipeline truck stop which’s good

The truck delivery drivers don’t have manners. I’m at the plaza on 10th line in front of the Starbucks and saw the delivery guys had their whole stack of boxes drop to the ground from their push cart. I proceeded to helping them picking up the load because hey it’s a tough job and I can see the frustration on their faces. Not even a thank you. They just proceeded to speak Hindi to each other without acknowledging anyone else. Lesson learned, don’t even help these guys when you see their stack fall to the ground.

Wanted to Open a commercial account but was told they cant deliver to home addresses which is where my warehouse is. Crazy considering they deliver 4km from my home. Another lost customer!
