Dealing with someone as unprofessional as Jessica was truly disappointing. She was consistently rude and showed little interest in listening to our concerns. However, when she sensed that we needed time to think, her behavior shifted dramatically, and she suddenly became much more aggressive. Regardless, I intend to file a formal complaint regarding her conduct, as I strongly believe someone with this attitude should not be representing clients in this industry.
