My family and I have been dealing with this company for a year. Do no trust them!!! They do not do anything for their customers and they just try to ignore all your claims of stolen items. We tried to trust them again and my family received and empty box with more than $600 in stolen items. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
I have been using this company to send packages to Nicaragua for over 5 years. The boxes have always arrived on time. Never had any issues with customer service, definitely recommend.
This is for the whole Latino community in the DMV please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent a box to my family in Mexico ,after waiting a LONG time, they did not receive even half of what I sent. Everything that I have bought and accumulated to send to my family was stolen from this company. I submitted photos to them per their request and they called back to ask for “more photos” this is inexcusable, not only did I pay for the shipping I even payed for insurance! The contents of my box most likely had over $1000 and my family received almost nothing. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau. Please DO NOT use this sad excuse for a company. Looking back at google reviews it looks like I’m not the first person this has happened to and this company needs to be held accountable.
