shiva safizadehThe gym has all the equipment you need and is conveniently located. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance. The ladies’ changing room is always dirty, and the toilets and showers seem to be cleaned only once a week instead of daily. Also, the ladies’ changing room doesn’t have a proper hair dryer, and there’s not even one for the men!
Blue VenusI joined UFC Gym for the martial arts experience, not just to use machines or attend fitness classes. However, I've been extremely disappointed with the decreasing number of martial arts classes at the Oman Mall branch—they seem to drop every month. This is not what I signed up for, and if things don’t improve, I don’t see myself renewing my membership. It's frustrating to see a globally recognized gym not meeting expectations in this regard. Meanwhile, the Mawaleh branch appears to be much better organized, offering a wider variety of MMA classes daily. I wish the same could be said for the Oman Mall location. A big disappointment! From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice how clean, tidy, and well-organized the space is, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes every workout enjoyable. The group classes are a must-try, with a wide range of options. I’ve done a few with different coaches, and trust me, they push you to your limits! If you go for PTs, you’ll receive VIP treatment. The coaches are highly experienced and qualified, with international-standard certifications. More importantly, they are truly attentive to your goals and needs while providing personalized guidance. They constantly track your progress and are always available to answer any questions about training, diet, etc. They even offer nutrition advice and physiotherapy on-site. I can confidently say this is the gym with the best vibes in the town, thanks to the incredibly dedicated coaching team. Highly recommend!
