Unfortunately, we did not realize we needed to pick up our rental by 10am or it would be cancelled. We scheduled it from 0900-2100 so we had plenty of time to pick it up and drop it off. The staff were very friendly and helpful with setting up a new rental. The only problem I would say is the steering wheel is 90 degrees off when driving straight. Thank you for a smooth rental!!

I was refused service to get my propane tanks filled after waiting in line for 30 minutes becuase the employee felt he was too busy. There were only 2 people in line behind me, and the guy had no more trucks available (as he told the customer in front of me). I was a customer, that waited patiently in line for my turn. Why offer propane service if such customers are not important enough to help? Needless to say, I will not be going back. I would rather pay the higher price for blue rhino tanks than to support this business

My only concern is not with staff but with U-haul as a company. Everything I read concerning my rental said either .49 or .69 a mile. But because my rental was shorter than anticipated I was charged .89 a mile. It's things like this that make people cynical about big companies. I plan to contact whatever government agencies that are responsible for oversight of vehicle rental companies and ask them to look at this. To arbitrarily charge more to make a certain amount of money on a rental is a deceptive practice and should be exposed.

Extremely poor customer service. I own a food trailer and I came to get my propane take filled to continue to work. The guy with the long braided or locked beard has a very nasty attitude when I asked how to pay for the propane and where to go. I had to tell him not to speak to me in the rude manor that he did and after that he continued to detail a vacant U-Haul truck as I stood waiting for assistance. He never acknowledged me again and once he was done cleaning he U-Haul he parked it and went inside. I went inside to ask for assistance but decided that it’s best I don’t do business with this location and left! Will not come back and I will be using my platform to deter friends, family, and business associates from supporting this location.
