I rented a 9 foot van along with 24 reusable packing cubes, and a dolly. Christian, ferdaos, and Britney were great. The place was really clean, including the bathroom. Christian was patient in helping us select the appropriate van to transport the reusable packing packs. Ferdaos made sure our van was clean. I actually seen him cleaning other vans and he was paying very close attention to detail when cleaning the vans. Britney was kind in helping me confirm my pick up time for picking up the reusable packs and helped with dropping off the van. I will decently come back to this location again!

This location and personnel were fantastic. Very easy access in and out and plenty of room to park your own personal car. The employee was beyond helpful and very kind. I appreciated his professionalism and helpfulness as this was my first time renting a U-haul. Very clean vehicles. Had plenty of supplies if you need it and VERY seamless drop off.

Currently being charged for a trailer I turned in. Currently on hold with U-Haul customer service a third time to remedy this as I type this review. Customer service cannot get in-touch with this location as it goes straight to voicemail. Customer service at this location needs help. One person at the counter and a line of customers with long waits. When I turned the trailer in a representative was on the lot and requested I not lower the trailer so low. I told him that’s how all the other trailers are. He said, this trailer cost thousands of dollars and I don’t want you to have to pay if damaged. If that’s the case why do they lower the trailers to the ground? Just check the trailer in and refund my money. I will never rent from this location again.

From the online registration to the on-person pickup, the process was smooth and convenient. The truck was clean and in good condition. After hours drop-off was convenient with the after-hours key drop.
