I was looking to rent a 10ft truck and called ahead to the Fort Atkinson location to ask if they had any available and the man who answered the phone just said that they would give me a call back. Confused- I asked if he could tell me if there were any trucks available. He said he was a customer service rep and couldn’t help me. For a customer service representative he was beyond rude for my asking of what I thought was a pretty simple question. I asked if he could forward me to someone who could help me out and he said no one was there and he was the only one working. Nothing about it made sense. Lost business over a rude employee.

I rented a u-haul trailer from this location a few months ago but never got around to write a review. Our car died after hooking the trailer up. The manager went out of his way to jump our car and refused to take our tip. Outstanding customer service, great experience.
