U-Haul Storage of Gresham

Wesley was outstanding! We got into a pickle, unfortunately due to the mover we hired through uhaul.com, and needed a trailer last minute in addition to our moving truck. We needed to have a trailer hitch installed on our vehicle, but they only had 1 part in stock and an appointment to have it installed for someone else that afternoon. Wesley chased down another part at a different location, and was able to arrange it to be delivered to his location before the other person's appointment. He made sure that we were taken care of, AND that the other customer that afternoon would also get what they needed. He covered all the bases! We really couldn't thank him enough!

I rented a U-Haul Van to pick up wood for my new fence. The guy at the counter was very friendly and concise and getting my vehicle ready. We drove a maximum of 27 miles it cost about $70 and it was well worth it. When we brought the van back the guy in the parking lot was super quick to get us checked in and we paid right there in the parking lot it was great. I would say that you all has excellent customer service the guys were all very courteous and the company should be very happy to have as staff to represent U-Haul.

I definitely wouldn't recommend renting from this location. SOME of the staff are very rude, they don't prioritize their customers and will lie about interactions. I've never had an experience as demeaning as I just had with the staff at this location. Customer service is not their priority. I would suggest going with Budget truck for your rental needs, the staff at budget are much friendlier, they don't lie, and their prices are better. I've rented from this uhaul location a few times in the past when they were under different management but this time around, I've never felt so disrespected. $1.19 a mile? Budget is $0.79 a mile and much friendlier, they actually provide customer service WHICH IS THE WHOLE BASIS OF THEIR COMPANY. If you want a rental from people who don't do their job, whom will make you seem like a liar and will lie about your interaction with them then this uhaul location is the one for you! Wasted my time and money just to not get what I was traveling for because staff here don't want to do their job and inform customers of things that could have been prevented. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!
