I had a disappointing experience with Dr. ALLISON WALSH during my recent visit. I was provided with inaccurate information about the hospital’s pain management policies, which caused confusion and added to my distress. Additionally, I felt that the doctor was dismissive of my pain and was quite short in communication, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. I hope this feedback can help improve patient care in the future.

I’m honestly not sure why this unit has received negative reviews in the past. Care was spectacularly quick, meticulous and succinct. I’ve never been in and out of an emergency unit this fast in my life

My mom had a bad fall, and we rushed to the closest ER to get her checked out. The staff were indifferent, cold, and unhelpful. she had a broken nose and was covered in blood. The staff didn't clean her up, didn't offer an ice pack, they didn't even offer a Tylenol. I had to make an ice pack myself and wash her wounds in the bathroom. One particular nurse seemed to be suspicious of our reasons for being there (as if we were just trying to get drugs or something), despite the fact my mom was covered in blood and clearly injured. The doctor refused to pick the gravel out of my mom's skin, attempting to convince us that it was just scabs. Later, after we left, when we applied antibacterial ointment and bandaged her AT HOME, the gravel fell out. Would be one star if not for the kind radiologists who actually seemed to give a crap about bedside manner. If they're not going to at least apply disinfectant to wounds, then what are they even there for?

Care was prompt for an emergency room. The people are nice, doctor was a little short but not rude. My only concern is I have a photo and am currently looking at possibly some piece of an IV that's bloody. There is specks of blood around it and some on the table leg. Pretty disgusting to think it could be anyone's blood with anything in it that I'm sitting next to. I hope this is just a wild coincidence and never happens besides this once. Definitely a major issue that drops my review below 3.
