Customer experiences
I visited the facility yesterday and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had thus far. I waited for over 3 hours to even see someone about my injury. Then, when I called to make an appointment with the specialist I was referred to, I found out they put the referral in incorrectly and I still haven’t been contacted about an update. I’ve made several calls to the facility since my visit about a response and they keep saying “someone will get back to you” ….no one has gotten back to me. This is ridiculous!!!!!
NO SPANISH SPEAKERS at front desk. Highly unusual takes double the time to process ppatients. Quite a few customer with no insurance checking in and the always act like it's the first time at a doctor's office. STAFF was quick but patients slow them down. Nurses were superfast. Test for covid and flu and strep given quickly. CAUTION ⚠️ in waiting area lots of patients have no sense avoid bringing healthy family members its safe. FREE PARKING. Average 2 hours in and out. Not the fastest they need spanish speakers don't know any doctors office who only hire English speakers pay them more.
I worked with someone named Amanda Roche who was very cold and unconcerned with my health. I was pretty much dismissed because I wasnt sick enough /visibly ill after spending about an hour at the facility. If I felt it urgent enough to come in, then it’s urgent enough to be tended to. But no, I was sent on my way, will probably still be charged the same copay as if I got the service I came for, and left without what I needed/wanted. Everybody else I encountered in the space was very kind and human, I’d just recommended requesting someone else if you’re assign Ms. Roche. She should not be working in healthcare with that disposition.
My provider ignored my x-ray results and lied to me and told me they were completely clear and nothing was found. I looked back later to find that the radiologist reported something quite different and that what they found causes the exact symptoms I was experiencing. I have no idea what would possess a health care provider to simply ignore a radiologist's interpretation and start freestyling with their patient care, but please be cautious being treated by Esperanza Roman, an NP. Ignoring imaging and other test results is dangerous and spouting off about the patient needing non-western medicine when the imaging so clearly shows the problem is quite absurd, to say the least. She does get credit for the absolute most ludicrous speech I have ever heard come out of a licensed provider's mouth; i
