Like another lady who reviewed, issue with the key service. I bought an electronic fob key for my daughter which, stopped working and left her locked out. On my way home stopped off to get it sorted. The manager did not honour replacing the key because I didn't have a receipt. Extremely poor customer service. Manager is dishonest and verbally abusive, glad I videoed/recorded the encounter. Credit to the employee at the kiosk as he tried to help. I'd say save yourself the hassle and go to a more reliable shop. This photograph is of the “loyalty” card given after purchasing from this vendor. At the end of August the key I purchased was reprogrammed. There was a verbal agreement to replace the key fob if it stopped to working again. The Manager refused to honour this because in his words “I cannot keep losing money”. A key is not something that is a single use item. Customers would have no need to get it reprogrammed, replaced or refunded if it worked. If you decide to take the chance definitely ask for a receipt and be mindful that it is highly likely to fail. The manager did mention that his key programming can be accidentally erased by coming into contact with a mobile phone. Not something he shares at point of purchase only when requesting that you pay for another one. Based on his continued dishonesty and lack of integrity I’d still say go elsewhere. I would definitely recommend that you try another service in Nine elms or the shop down the road in Brixton.

Brought my favourite boots in to be re- heeled the lovely gentleman did it on the spot brought them back to new very happy with them I highly recommend key & Shoe Crafts will be back with the rest of my boots

Hi, if you need cay cutting or shoes repair look no further! The shop is highly professional. I needed security key cutting and he's done it in 20 minutes. The location is so convenient too, it's located at Stockwell underground station entrance!. Can't thank enough for the quick response and kindness. 10 stars definitely 🙂
