To give background, I had really bad dental anxiety prior to my entire experience with this dental office, and my experience made it worse. I was told I needed 3 cavities filled on my original visit. I did not have any issues with tooth pain before. I go in for my first filling and all seems fine. Then at my appointment at my second filling, I informed the dentist that I was having excruciating pain that was waking me up in the middle of the night and I was on around-the-clock meds just to make the pain tolerable enough to get through the day. The dentist waved it off and did some more filing and said to check back in a week. A week later I check back and still having the same pain. She did nerve testing and determined I would need a root canal and made a referral to the endodontist. The endodontist (not at this location) was amazing and helped me with my anxiety a lot but I had to return to the dentist to get my permanent crown. During the temporary crown appointment, the dentist tugged so hard on my lip that it ended up splitting and I was not able to fully open my mouth for 2 weeks because it would reopen my lip and cause more pain. In the appointment I informed the dentist that she was pulling really hard and her response was simply "there's no other way for me to do it." I had multiple breakdowns in that dental chair over this whole process, and this is just the first of 3 fillings I have to get done. I am in healthcare myself and I understand there are some procedure that are going to be uncomfortable or even painful for a patient, but I also understand when someone is experiencing a lot of anxiety and discomfort to work with them and maybe take a break, not just keep going and ignore them. I am hoping to find a new dentist soon, but there are few I the area that are taking new patients and my insurance. If there is any consolation, my dental hygienist was nice to me through the process and was the only one willing to help me through my anxiety.

If you need dental care please take my advice and don't go here. They will traumatize you , give you the run around....refer you to dentists that don't answer the phone or call you back for an appointment. The "dentist" started banging on my teeth with the end of a heavy scapel asking me where it hurt like she didn't see the abscess on the x ray or inside my mouth it was all very horrifying. They did not help me fix the problem btw.

I went in to have an infectious tooth removed. They did not give me antibiotics knowing it was infected and when I called because it’s still infected I have to go back in, pay for another appointment to get a prescription of antibiotics. I have high blood pressure and it’s been worse. My ear and neck are swollen, my face hurts. If I die due to this infection it’s on this clinic.
