the worst ulta ever got my hair done in the summer & left gave a good tip and was kinda happy with my hair but not with the price. until i received 8 phone calls from ulta saying i owed them more money “bc their system was down and forgot to charge me for something” after literally already charging me 350$ for my hair and them taking a 40$ tip and made sure to take it under the table “so it doesn’t get taxed” and I am now realizing they changed the name of my account to say that I owe them money…You guys are so embarrassing even after the manager said that I don’t have to come back because it was their fault.

Saira was such an amazing hairdresser! I have never visited a hair stylist before so she really sets the bar high for everyone else by being so friendly and accommodating. I prefer to have a (mostly) silent session so that the professional can focus (and I’m really shy so it’s hard for me to make conversation anyway,) which she totally provides; but she’s also communicative if that’s what you like! She has a very home-y (and spacious) environment and gracious, gentle hand gestures that didn’t feel intrusive to my personal space. She wasn’t rough with my hair/scalp at all and very considerate. Every choice she made sure to check in with me to make sure I was happy with what was being done; and seeing her work was like watching a magic show. She even touched up my hair while my sister had her hair under a blow dryer! She is so extremely masterful and clearly cares about her craft. I couldn’t have dreamed for a better experience. I do not have any complaints, genuinely! She is a MUST-BOOK! 10/10 will be returning. :) As for the rest of the store, the staff were so friendly and made sure that I got what I needed. This location is clean and spacious and felt high end and sophisticated. It's the Perfect Ulta to go to fulfill your beauty needs. (Below is a before and after, after 24 hours; you can see how perfectly her cut works with my hair type :D)

The variety and quality of products carried by Ulta are amazing. But what really counts in this store is the customer service they provide. One of their salesclerks was exceptional today. Her name is Joy, and she is very kind and extremely knowledgeable.

I had an appointment with Yensy, this was my first time having her do my hair. She asked me to sit by the window while she looked at herself in the mirror and yawned loudly. She's sloppy, careless and doesn't hide her bad attitude. She physically looks rough, and that's exactly how she handled my hair. Tugging and yanking without any grace. She made zero conversation and was annoyed the one time I asked her a question. Every time I looked at her she was scowling as if my presence was bothering her. Ive had my hair done here before and they have always done head massage, Yensy didn't do that. My hair is now crinkled and completely frizzy. She hates her job and her life and it shows.
