Very disgusting attitude the owner idk for sure but she had a disgusting attitude. First incident I called to see how long a wait would be , they said 15-20 mins it wasn’t I was waiting for an hour! Had to keep calling to make sure and ig it annoyed them when I was the one annoyed bc waiting an hour is outrageous! She blocked my phone number. So I had to call off text now. They gave me different prices to the same locations ( terrible business) & this time around she got to cussing and screaming saying “ do what you wanna do you ain’t call us in the first place “ and laughed …

Please make sure you have sufficient funding to make round trips, please. The rides have gone up in price. Today I had to go to an appointment and just the round trip alone was 60!! At least the cars are clean. 🤣

Absolutely no stars. The person that answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. At 6:02 am I called for transportation, no one showed up. Then 7:08 came around still no one so I called again. The same lady told me someone will be there in 15 mins. 7:30 came around still no one. So my boss came to get me. So I get off at 3:00, I try again for transportation. The same lady answered, I told her I need transportation from my workplace, she said ok and then asked me where I’m headed I told her my address and she replied “I don’t have anyone available” wow just wow
