Check your bank statement if you make a return. My money was never refunded. I went back to the store and they would not refund my money to the card. The employee that did the transaction made a mistake on their end the manager confirmed it. I asked for the regional manager's information and I was told no. Instead I was told to call an 800 to get my money back. Very unprofessional I think it's ridiculous that the store knows they made a mistake and they wouldn't apply the refund to my card. Take your money and business somewhere else. Here we are almost 2 weeks later and I still don't have a refund. Yes I called customer service I keep being told someone will call me back. If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Train your employees better

Horrible customer service. I know with back to school the store seems to get busy. I GET IT! I used to work at foot locker and it gets crazy but was always preached to give good customer service and when you want to make a sale you treat people with respect ALWAYS! This store is very disorganized and the system to get a shoe to try on is pathetic. There were about 7 employees standing around in the middle talking, laughing, and cutting jokes with the store manager in the middle. When I asked for a shoe to try on the employee looked very annoyed that I was even asking for a shoe. He then pressed a button on his phone and not once said they will bring it out shortly or is there anything else I can get you he simply walked away back to the middle with all the other employees. I then asked for another shoe from another employee who again treated me the same way. Needless to say after waiting for about 20-30 minutes for my shoes I walked out and did not even get to try on one! The time waiting for my shoes there were multiple people doing what I was doing and being treated so disrespectfully. Horrible store. Please bring back FINISH LINE!

Very rude customer service. They tried to hurry us and asked us if we’re even buying shoes or were just trying it .Although the employees are all VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE we still ended up buying 3 pairs. Management should implement proper customer service we weren’t even trying on a lot just 3 shoes and employee was already very annoyed.

Shopped there frequently when it was finish line, had good customer service. Went in and bought a pair of shoes today, the sales people were great, counter person not so much. To busy on her cell phone. Looked like she had a long day. Not friendly at all.
