I arrived on time, the site was presentable and staff friendly. My tyres were fitted promptly and the advertised price (very competitive!) invoiced and paid. So, all good really, just my tyre pressures were 39/42 instead of 36. Possibly an oversight, possibly the tyre inflator needs calibrating (I suspect the former as they were different) I will happily return for my next tyres, it’s a well run tyre shop and excellent value. Thanks Tony and your team. Edit: I changed this to a 5 star review because of the owners integrity (see his response) and the fact that we all make little mistakes but it takes an honest man to admit it. Thank you once again!

Had a front suspension spring replaced at Uncle Tom's yesterday. The staff there were friendly, polite and extremely professional. They took the time to show me the problem and explained clearly what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable too! Would definitely recommend this garage.

I have been using Uncle Tom’s fora few years now on recommendation and they have never failed to provide a top service. Every issue I’ve had with my tyres and brakes have been dealt with promptly and professionally, and Dan is a real credit to the business. His polite manner and efficiency are reassuring and he has ensured my issues have been rectified quickly. All the staff are great and as a female driver I am very appreciative of the service they provide. I wouldn’t consider anywhere else for my tyres, brakes etc and I highly recommend
