In my case, while the engineer was good, the assistant was quite careless during the installation process.

Brother arshad is a honest and helpful guy. I returned after 2yrs, as I needed a part for an item I had previously purchased from him. He sorted it out for me straightaway and didn’t even charge me. (Bear in mind the purchase was originally 2 years ago). He could have asked me for money but he didn’t!!!!!! Thats what you call customer service Jzk

Arshad the owner of unique heating supplies I cannot thankyou enough. My boiler broke down at my rented property and my Tenent was so stressed out that she had no hot water and heating for her three little children. I explained the situation to Arshad who ordered the boiler and went out of his way by working on his day off to get his gas engineer to fit the boiler the next day. Arshad thankyou so much for supplying and fitting my new boiler and giving us an exceptional service.
