very on 2-6-25 at 1:30pm from Seattle.WA to Jafferson.WI. we did arrive at delivery with late 5h and 30min reason of delay it’s weather conditions. snow storm we did drove 700in snow storm this storm has started from Spokane. And stopped at Billings.MT we put us life danger to make delivery .”we ar talk with broker and we given updates and we say we will be at delivery with late and we sent him video and pictures . well with delay but on the same day . we did Arrive at delivery and after check the receiving day . we have to check your load because some one was on the morning with the same load from the same location. and we’re rejected load . reason of rejection is wrong product . well after that we are sent all updates at broker and we did explain them a problem. and your broker give us other location for delivery 350 mile away from . well the broker don’t wanna pay extra money. maximum 1000$ I lose my next load and I lose my birthday with your load . we not make any fault we not guilty with delivery delay. I wil attach video with road condition… guys you not respecting what we do you not respect us. Sorry for my bad English explaining.

TQL is Killing Truckers !!!! Please stop hauling loads for this broker, they are killing the industry. Take a look at their revenue for 2024. They Grossed $6.8 billion and their NET profit was $1.483 billions. That is 22% NET .... this means they take at at an average of a least 45%-50% of the top of the Rate , before they send you that Confirmation. NO other broker in the US comes close to this kind of margins.... it's insane. Look at other brokers NET income and you will see the big difference. Not to mention how they treat Carriers. TQL , please spare me the nonsense and if you want to respond , feel free to share what you get from your Costumers as a rate compared to what you pay the Truck on this loads.

UPDATE To speak to this many customer service reps and still have excellent, stellar customer service, your company should be proud of the hiring department and proud of your staff/sales/brokers for the outstanding service they provide. Hubby and I started a Hotshot Transport business and signed up and got certified with TQL. I have to say TQL hires like Chick Filet. The customer service is phenomenal and stellar. Not one rep but ALL representatives I have dealt with. Rhonda, carriers and contracts in Cincinnati, Hunter, Michael, Brooklyn, Drew M., Greg D., Zach R, Dre, Aiden, Anna, Bennett, Cooper, Tali, Mohammed & Jason broker department, Cory in Web support, Matt, Paul and Cory in Cincinnati, in the risk department. To be able to say ALL CS reps are fabulous is a milestone, especially after Covid, no one seems to take pride or care about their jobs anymore, TQL's reps do. I highly recommend this company!!!

Joke of a broker. Hauled for them when I became an owner/operator never late on the runs communicated well. Then I found a dedicated route locally temporarily. Tried to to haul again with them just for them to tell me for "proprietary reasons" they cant use my MC. Funny how when they needed runs covered they would constantly reach out. Don't use TQL there's better more fair brokers out there.
