I love Uptown yoga! They have wonderful instructors and provide a great variety of classes! Their instructors have great skill, extensive knowledge and are very encouraging. They're always welcoming and make even the most macho man feel at home. I’ve done their beginner classes, more difficult, restorative and while I was pregnant they provided modifications so I could continue to attend any class. I absolutely love their location! It’s always spotless and has beautiful energy. This is a great place from beginners to yogi’s!

I have been going to this studio for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The environment is very welcoming and great for all levels. I have only attended classes with Regan and Nessie but have found both to be wonderful instructors. They are always friendly, patient and willing to take the time to help you perfect a move or pose. This is truly my favorite fitness studio in Edson and would recommend anyone to give it a try!

Elevation studio is nothing short of amazing. Regan and her team make the space inviting for all. As a non to flexible heavy guy, I was very uncomfortable going to any form of yoga. My wife talked me into it finally, and I'm glad she did. I have taken a few different classes , Aerial Yoga, Yoga and Aerial Arts. All the instructors are awesome, and very patient. Have yet to ever feel like I don't belong there which is excellent. Drop-in for a class or get a pass, it's worth it and you won't regret your choice.

Great place! After about 8 year hiatus from yoga it was a bit nerve racking getting back into but felt welcomed. Offer a lot of different style. I’ve only had Jeanine so far and I’m sure the others are just as wonderful of a coach as she is. I highly recommend this place for experienced and beginners. Extremely affordable as well. You won’t regret going to Uptown Yoga 🤙🏼
