Absolute CROOKS! These crooks took $4K from me to do septic work. They gave me a LIFETIME warranty on their work. When I called for them to come out and look at the septic (its already backing up) they scheduled to come out and then NO SHOWED!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! And they aren't apart of the BBB because they SUCK and would have an F rating! Shame on this company of theifs!!!
Horrible experience with this company. My warranty company sent them out for an estimate to replace my hot water heater, the technician was in my house for a total of 30 seconds and sent some extravagant estimate to the warranty company that would require me to pay out-of-pocket for a bunch of repairs that’s not required. Highly recommend that you do not use them. I have also read some of their other reviews and this seems to be a pattern with them. Buyer beware.
Prime Plumbing was contracted through American Home Shield and did NOT due the work up to code. The expansion tank is supposed to be supported/bracketed and the valve is incorrect. We are now having issues with the pipe bowing and this is a safety risk. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO WORK ON YOUR HOME.
