The eye exam was a fun experience! The optometrist who examined my eyes had a terrific sense of humor and explained very well the condition of my eyes. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Can't wait to get my new glasses! 4 stars because holy smokes the price was up there... ouch.

The only thing I would change is that the registration people at least smile when they greet you. Aside from that, the service was great! The doctor took time to explain the photos of my eye, was clear on what to look for. Tammy and the other associates were very helpful in helping me pick out the best frames for my prescription and helped me get more bang for my insurance buck.

I had my exam at another location. The doctor there was amazing. The retail side not so much. My glasses were ready at another store which was wrong. Not only that, they were not the style I had even ordered. THIS FOUNTAIN SQUARE LOCATION MADE IT RIGHT! They made up for the difference in price and the service experience was impecible
