My teenage daughter and I started coming here almost a year ago, and it’s become a part of our lives. Instructors, like Amy and Purnima, are wonderful teachers, kind, thoughtful, and supportive. My kid especially loves the aerial yoga classes . We really appreciate this warm, family owned studio that’s been around for over 10 years. We’ve grown attached to this place and are so grateful to be part of it.

Very easy to give this studio a 5-star review! It provides an amazing place to deepen your yoga practice and teaches alignment and breathing tips I have never been taught at most studios. The spiritual roots are very evident, as well.

Life changing !!! Incredible place with dedicated instructors & caring staff. Not only are practice rooms beautiful, the entire place is immaculate. The schedule is packed with approx 70 classes a week that I can drop into on my way in and out of the city. Grove St PATH is a block and half away and the app makes it easy to find a class. I'd been practicing yoga on and off for about 10 yrs but this studio and these caring people worked to help me create a regular yoga and meditation practice. The hands on and mindful assists are what sets this practice apart from other studios. Increased focus, strength, stamina and better sleep are just a few of the benefits. I highly recommend beginning a dedicated practice at Jivamukti JC. Oh, and the community is great, I've made friends for life here!
