Terrible Experience!! Highly unprofessional services and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They booked my boxes for $210 for 23k kg and when I sent my boxes, suddenly overnight, their policies (which was never informed to me at the time of booking the order) changed the price to $280 for each box and they are forcing me to pay the extra cost or take back the boxes. Very unfair practices and then since they knew they were being unprofessional, they hung up on me during the phone calls by threatening me to either take the boxes or ship it to another place. I understand policies can change but their office needs to know better and keep their customers informed when the order is being booked and honour the price that was promised. Really annoying conversations and such a waste of time and mental peace. Please don't use their services at all.
