Priyanka SanghaviJavier and Pedro did an excellent job in fixing the water leakage in the bathroom. They went out of their way to get the permission sorted from the Housing management. They not only fixed the leakage issue but also found another problem in the bathroom and fixed that too. Very happy witb their service
CA HouseAmerican Home Shield sent a technician from US plumbing and rooter to fix a water leak from the bathroom tub faucet. We had to completely shut off the water in the house because of the bad water leak. I did mention to them they need to send someone immediately because the entire house is shut off and there is no water in the house. The technician did not show up until the evening and did a temporary fix and told us, the faucet is going to break again so don't use it much, that's his response. That is not called fixing and causing lot of inconvenience. I will not recommend them to anyone.
R VExtremely worst experience with this U.S Plumbing and Rooter company. This company gave us a dangerous water heater. I do not recommend this plumbing company to anyone who wants to get their water heater installations done peacefully. - they are extremely arrogant - they do not let you raise your concerns - not at all prompt with their service(they keep pushing the issue onto the home owner rather than doing their job) - if we call them to raise an issue with their installation - they will put you into voicemail and won't pick your calls.. Extremely dissatisfied experience with this painful company. If i can give 0 stars i would do that, unfortunately they don't even deserve a 1 star rating.
