I recently brought my truck to this dealership for service while it was still under full factory warranty. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was charged for services that I reasonably expected to be covered under the warranty, and I was informed that obtaining reimbursement from International was difficult or unlikely. I felt that the situation was not handled transparently or in a manner consistent with my expectations for a warranty-authorized service center. I left with significant concerns about their service practices. In my opinion, customers should exercise caution and ensure that all warranty details and potential charges are clearly explained before authorizing any work.

So I took my tractor there and got my radar fixed and they did a good job..., I took it back because I felt like the staff was pretty cool so I had to get more work done so I took it again and when I got it back my door which had issues opening g it from the outside but was ok opening from the inside wasn't working at all. OK i understand things happen so I left it to get that fixed. I went to pick it up and now all of a sudden my check engine light is mysteriously on mind you I haven't driven the truck in a few weeks and had no light on. But to top it off the stuff that was fixed was done pretty shitty for the amount I paid..., i had gaps in the door and door panel and come to find out the price that I was emailed was gonna be the total cost with taxes, I was charged to pay almost 250 more. The staff seem pretty cool I was told to bring it back so they could fix the gaps but for what I paid there shouldn't have been a gap. Im not gonna take it back i would rather someone else fix it because there is no way if you care about your customers property that you would ever say its complete in the state that it was in. Thanks but no thanks but I wont be taking my truck there because I had trust in them but after 2 times of having issues I didn't have after dropping it off.., im fine and thanks but I wont take my business there anymore. Oh and my tractor hood was also not latched and too be honest im trying to figure out why it was even unmatched since I was having work done on my door not my engine but now I have an engine light on..., seems suspicious tbh

Be careful here. They charge you for things they don't do. Had an alternator changed and my power inverter wasn't working. Found 5 out of 8 battery terminals lose. Charged for tack welding a nut they didn't do that and stripped 2 other bolts out on my steps
