They refused to provide any basic business verification documents like EIN, business license, or even a proper resale certificate. The only thing they offer is a full-paid invoice, and they expect you to use it for Amazon ungating — but that’s risky. Here’s the real issue: their company name isn’t consistent. It shows up differently on their invoices "Medcare LLC", their website footer "Medcare GROUP LLC", and in public business records "Medcare GROUP USA LLC". So if you try to use their invoice on Amazon or any legit platform, there’s a high chance it’ll get rejected — and you’ll be the one in trouble, not them. This feels shady and unprofessional. I decided not to risk my Amazon account, and honestly, I’d warn others to double-check everything before working with them.
