I had a deeply disappointing experience working with WELL ALIMENTS LLC. At first, Quency came across as knowledgeable and persuasive - they are very skilled at presenting themselves well, and that charm initially gave me confidence. Unfortunately, that confidence was misplaced. Despite clear communication and repeated requests, they failed to deliver correct samples multiple times. Every batch was off-spec, yet they still tried to charge me for additional samples needed to fix their own errors. What’s more, I repeatedly asked for the formula and ingredient specifications before samples were sent - to save time and resources - but they never provided them. While they acknowledged internal issues and promised to resolve them, the reality was a string of delays, unfulfilled assurances, and ultimately radio silence. No resolution. No refund. Just wasted time and plenty of money! If you choose to work with them, be aware: they will likely counter feedback like this with more charm - that’s what they do best. But in my experience, the charm didn’t translate into professionalism, reliability, or accountability. I cannot recommend WELL ALIMENTS LLC as a partner for serious product development.

As a startup founder, I was initially drawn to this manufacturer because they marketed themselves as “startup-friendly.” Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I approached them with questions and a genuine desire to learn, but was made to feel like a burden for simply trying to understand the process and request samples. Rather than offering guidance, they eventually made it clear they preferred to part ways. I did not find them to be a true partner for an emerging brand—and in hindsight, I wasted several months working with them when clearer communication upfront could have saved us both time.

Worst experience ever. I had a highly disappointing experience with Well Aliments. I placed an order with them, creating my private label, expecting timely delivery, but they failed to meet their commitments and lied throughout the process. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to provide a refund for the undelivered products ($5K+!!!). Their lack of accountability and poor customer service made the situation even worse. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable supplies. I didn't get my money back, save your time and money and don't go near them...
