I recently had an appointment at Dixie Road Pet Clinic because my dog had a semi-emergency health issue. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this clinic truly cares about both pets and their owners. Dr. Austin was absolutely wonderful — very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took his time to carefully examine my dog and explained everything in detail, including the possible causes, treatment options, and what to expect next. What I really appreciated was that he was honest and didn’t try to push unnecessary tests or medications just to make extra money. Their prices for medications were very reasonable compared to other clinics I’ve visited in the past, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and compassionate. They even followed up with me after the appointment to check how my dog was doing, which really showed their commitment and care. The team also helped me with all the insurance paperwork, making the process easy and stress-free. My overall experience was excellent — the clinic is well-organized, the staff genuinely care, and the service quality is top-notch. I’m extremely satisfied and grateful for their help. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary clinic!

We are very grateful for Dixie Road Pet Clinic. The vet, is knowledgeable and thoughtful in his assessments and takes time to clearly explain our dog’s situation and what our options are. It is a relief to be able to trust our dog’s veterinarian. The technicians are great as well, very caring and considerate. The clinic is clean and well taken care of. I also find, when speaking with other pet owners, this clinic is reasonable from a cost perspective - fees are not as high as some other clinics.

I brought my dog here for the first time today, seeking a 2nd opinion on what my usual vet recently said. I am SO glad I did! I've had many pets over many years, and this clinic is by far the best one I've ever dealt with. The vet techs we saw were super polite and helpful. The veterinarian that examined my dog, Dr. Costan - WOW. I've never had a vet take the time to explain everything, listen to my concerns, recommend what was best and even keep my financial status in mind. He confirmed that my suspicions were right, the 1st vet missed diagnosing something; now, my dog is properly medicated and should be feeling better soon. I am so grateful. I highly recommend this place for pet care!
