Haley was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Before my appointment, she had already reviewed the consultation form I submitted and clearly understood my needs. I only uploaded one photo of the style I wanted, yet she immediately grasped exactly what I was looking for. As someone with Asian hair, I had always been told that my hair texture can be difficult to work with, so I was quite nervous. But Haley took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and reassured me with her professional advice. She asked detailed questions about the style and the length I wanted, making sure we were on the same page — and thanks to that, I walked out with the perfect haircut. She also made the entire experience relaxing with her kind conversation, and was thorough with the shampoo and deep conditioning treatment. Even at the end, she paid close attention to small details like the direction of my part while styling, showing just how professional and thoughtful she is. All my worries turned out to be unnecessary. If you’re still hesitating like I was, don’t wait — go see Haley! Sara was amazing!! She made my hair wedding ready. My hair hasn’t looked like this since I was in high school. The color is incredible and the cut is perfection. I could not ask for anything more. The service was excellent. Everyone in the salon is kind and professional. The environment is very relaxing. Quite literally the best hair stylist is Sarah! She really walks you through everything and why she is doing what she is doing! She chit chats with you and she is the funniest person! I absolutely love her!
