What a wonderful experience! Dylon Roberts was incredible! We had a 1987 valve in our shower that was leaking. The valve was corroded badly and could not be replaced “easily”. Dylon worked very carefully to not damage our shower while replacing the valve! It was no easy repair and he did the whole job with two broken toes! 😳 thank you Dylon and Vanguard for the great service! I highly recommend!

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, This company is a total SCAM. Please Stay away from them. I called and make an appointment due to my Shower drain got clogged. They give me the time at 11:00 to 1:00pm but showed up at 5:30pm however the guy came his name was Shabazz, he came and say what is the issue I said shower drain clogged. He said ok I will write you an estimate then he give me his iPad to sign the estimate for $537 for snake the shower drain line. I offered $425 and they accept my offer. I asked him OK so what happen if it’s not fixed the problem with the snake drain line? He said this is a flat fee price. They will fix the problem no matter what they need to do. They will do everything to fix the problem of that price. After that, he didn’t even do anything and not even try hard to fix the problem he said is may need to remove the toilet said I’m not gonna do this. It’s too much work its gonna be separate prices then he said you need a camera dude and this gonna be also a separate price. Not makes sense to me What is a flat free about? He just agreed one price for everything now he keep adding those charge separately and after that, he said, I cannot do this job it’s too much work. I agreed and you should complete this job. Then now he want me to pay him without even not solving my problem at all, and I told him to call your boss and he called his boss. I said his Boss name is David who sounds like don’t care about their customer at all. They just care about people money, how to rob them. When I said why I should pay you would not fix anything and now he said he talk to his boss and he gonna put My bill on the collection because I signed his work order to do this job. This is his boss. David said so please stay away from this company. It is nothing but stealing your money. STAY AWAY.

From speaking to David initially, then to Ricky- you all have taken a huge weight off of my Dad's mind and he can now have a huge sigh of relief.
