Definitely beware booking here. When I told the stylist I did not like ash she insisted relentlessly, it was okay initially but after two weeks my hair looked the same as it did before I came in including my roots showing (I told her to use permanent). Now I’m stuck going somewhere else. Initially Darby told me I would get a more experienced stylist to correct it. I got a text from the original stylist to help correct it which I do not want. Why would I want the stylist to do my hair again who didn’t listen in the first place? I will definitely keep telling people to avoid this salon.

I recently got my haircut done by Alisa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She did an absolutely perfect job – the haircut completely transformed my look in the best way. Alisa is not only talented, but also genuinely kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what would suit me best, and her suggestions were spot on. I enjoyed the atmosphere and my hair looked great but I was absolutely blindsided by the price at the end. I have thick, long hair so expected to pay a large sum but was shocked with the amount they asked me to pay at the end. I won’t return as a business that doesn’t have good price transparency is not a place I will return to.

This was my first time at Vanity House. Surbhi was my stylist. She is a very skilled hairdresser. She was very attentive to what I wanted and offered great advice about the colour and trim. I appreciated her clear communication and I am very happy with the results.
