I would leave 0 stars if i could . I have had similar issues to dozens of their customers over the last few months . They used to be a good reputable supplier , however as of the last 2 months , they seem to have taken a massive 180 and are now getting all orders wrong , not posting out orders months after they have been replaced and are ignoring all customers attempts to contact them . I have had to do a bank charge back on 2 of my orders , and it seems many others have too . I , along with many others , believe they are trying to rack up as much money as they can from their customers then strike their business off of companies house. I would strongly advise anyone against purchasing from this business until they have sorted out whatever is going on....

I’m really dissatisfied with the service. I placed my order 10 days ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent multiple messages but they are being ignored with no replies. On top of that, no communication. I used them in the past with no issues. I think they want to take many orders in before going bust. I expected much better service from a wholesale supplier. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience. STAY AWAY.

On top of that, when there was any communication, wrong substitute items were sent without my agreement, which is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, delayed delivery, and lack of customer care. I expected much better service from a wholesale supplier. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

£500 order on 14th Jan 26 No delivery at all No response to various emails and WhatsApp messages. Seems like they’ve done a bunk with everyone’s money. DO NOT USE
