Myself and my daughter checked this place out after just searching for salons for a pedicure. We choose this salon because it looked to nice and fancy. It by far was the best pedicure I had ever had. The service also included an alcoholic beverage. I seen Sophie and she was so nice and made my experience amazing. This is now our go to for pedicures.

I had the most amazing experience at Velvet Nails and Spa Lounge in Kitchener! The aesthetics of the place are absolutely stunning – the interior is modern, elegant, and so well thought out. Everything was spotlessly clean and incredibly hygienic, which immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with the warmest smiles and made me feel truly welcomed. Their customer service is top-notch – friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. One of the highlights was the calming background music playing softly in the lounge. It added such a peaceful and relaxing vibe to the whole experience. And to top it off, they offer complimentary drinks – such a thoughtful and classy gesture! The service itself was par beyond perfect. Every detail was taken care of with precision and care. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and already excited to come back. Kayla and Julie were our Nail techs and of course Victoria and Kelvin were superb. Highly recommend Velvet Nails and Spa Lounge if you’re looking for a serene, luxurious experience with outstanding service!

I forgot what it feels like to be taken care of. Within 2 weeks, I’ve tried 3 different services at Velvet Nails and Beauty Lounge. Today I met BC and she treated me with the hair wash. What an experience. Just as magical as it looks on their Instagram. The fancy drinks just top everything off. Super clean, chic and professional. Not one place in Waterloo Region can compete with this beauty lounges’ level of service, cleanliness and value.

This has been my second visit to Velvet Nails and beauty Lounge! I have had Amy both times and love her way of working with me. She is tentative and always makes sure I am happy with the end result. She is easy to talk with and always has a cheery disposition. Today I had a pedicure for the first time in a long time and now I am hooked. Amy worked with my feet and made sure my experience was great. Thank you Amy, and the Velvet Nails team!!!
