Great experience picking out carpet. Meghan was very helpful and explained all aspects in order that we could make the best decision. Michael did the measuring and also made some suggestions based on his professional knowledge and experience. Installation was well done and cleanup was thorough when the job was done. Dave was in contact through the whole process from start to finish, and followed up to make sure we were happy with the carpet and installation. Verne’s carpet is customer oriented and made the whole process a pleasant one. I highly recommend Vernes Carpet One for your flooring needs.

We are so happy with Verne's Carpet One. We were having difficulty getting anyone check our rec room floor as we were in desperate need of new flooring. No one would come. And then my husband and I went to Verne's Carpet One on a Saturday afternoon. We found a flooring we liked and within a couple of days, someone came out and took measurements and looked at the floor and gave us a few pointers on some things we should do. A week or so later we got a quote from them and paid our deposit. April 17/25 we had our floor install. They got it all done in one day and it looks absolutely amazing. They are such great people to deal with and they are upfront and honest with you. I highly recommend them and will be recommending them to anyone I know that is in need. Thank you for everything.

I spoke with Jen and she listened to exactly what I was looking for and she added her recommendation for tile to coordinate. Dave called and set up the installation and Steve came to install.
