What kind of doctor changes the procedure after knowing that the patient is opting for an insurance? Initially it was said as a simple procedure and can leave hospital on same day. Then when we asked about insurance coverage, everything got changed. Hospital bill hiked by 400%. The patient and attender had to spend 3 days in hospital. Worst, even the whole treatment/surgery procedure got changed. My simple question is, why was this not communicated or decided during initial review? What factor contributed to these changes? Note: There were no extra test or biopsy done, so definitely it's not due to a medical reason. My humble request to the crowd, please do get a second opinion.

Surprisingly! You've to pay a parking fee to park your car to visit the hospital. Already earning crores selling medicine. Now Rs.20 for parking. How silly this management is. Legal Expertise says collecting parking fee is illegal. Petty Management. Also, forget about quick visit, the staffs operating speed is super low. Your whole day will be wasted. Meeting the senior doctor is a matter of luck. ZERO coordination between the senior and junior doctors. Yet, this is one of the decent hospitals for Gastro treatment.

I had a very positive experience with my treatment for a gastric issue. Dr. Namith Reddy quickly identified the problem and prescribed the appropriate medication, which was very effective. The nursing staff were warm and supportive—especially Mrs. Raji, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you to the entire VGM team!

Dont go to this hospital for emergency. Just admitted 5 minutes they charged 600 rs for consultant charge and collected 1000 for medicine. All are admitted in the emergency ward. Without seeing the reports they started treatment. Very very worst hospital. They are asked 4 lakhs for small gaestro surgery. Tiruppur Gastro clinic charged only 1.5 lakhs only. Had Worst experience in this hospital Money minded hospital.
