We honestly don’t even know where to begin because words hardly do justice to how grateful we are for everything our Vic and her team did for us. From the very first conversation to the moment we returned home from our wedding, she was incredible in every sense of the word. Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but she was there for us every step of the way. She didn’t just help with travel logistics—she helped us keep our sanity. Her calm, professional, and kind demeanor gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. She took care of everything—not only for us but for all of our guests—and made it look effortless. What truly set her apart, though, was how she consistently went above and beyond. Any time something went sideways with the wedding planner or the resort (as things sometimes do), she was right there, ready to go to bat for us. She advocated on our behalf without hesitation and resolved issues so quickly and efficiently that we never had to stress for more than a minute. Thanks to her, we were able to focus on what really mattered—celebrating our love with our friends and family. Our wedding was absolutely magical, and we owe so much of that to her tireless work behind the scenes. We cannot recommend Vic's Vacation's enough. If you're planning a wedding or any kind of group travel, do yourself a favor and work with them. She’s not just a travel agent—she’s a lifesaver, an advocate, and an absolute gem. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars to Vic’s Vacations & Katie! I planned a surprise trip for my husband to Ireland and wanted to try to squeeze Rome in too. Katie really listened to what we wanted and made it work within tight time & budget constraints as well. We planned the trip and departed all within a 3 month window, and she made it seamless. After having a bad experience with another agency, Katie’s amazing communication and positive energy were a breath of fresh air. I was nervous to plan a trip internationally (esp. with logistics traveling between the two countries) and it really helped having someone with expertise to support us during planning and on the trip itself. We felt super prepared with a ton of resources and loved the app they used with our detailed itinerary info, tickets, etc. all in one place (also accessible even when our phones were in airplane mode which was an added bonus!). Every activity and accommodation planned was 10/10, and we had such an amazing trip. Would definitely recommend Vic’s & Katie. Will absolutely be working with them again for our next trip. Thank you!!

Words can’t fully capture how incredible Vic and her team have been throughout the entire process of planning our destination wedding. From the start, Vic’s extensive knowledge of the resorts helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. We originally booked a resort in Costa Rica, but after it was sold and the new owners no longer honored our contract, Vic stepped in during her own vacation to help us choose a new location and communicate the changes to our guests who had already booked. Once we settled on the new resort, Vic generously provided Erin’s services, since we were facing so many challenges close to the wedding date. Erin was amazing!! She stayed in constant communication with the resort and advocated for us every step of the way. She also helped ease our guests and answer questions so I wasn’t constantly bombarded during the trip. She even went above and beyond by organizing additional events and dinners to make sure our entire trip was unforgettable. The wedding turned out to be everything we dreamed of, and it truly wouldn’t have been possible without Vic and her team. We had multiple people come up to us and say that we ruined weddings for them because they had so much fun. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vic to anyone planning a destination wedding or trip in general.

100/10!! We will never plan another vacation without the help Katie and Vic! Katie helped us plan our mini moon to Mexico and our actually Honeymoon to Croatia and both experiences were amazing! For Mexico- Katie picked a perfect resort that matched exactly what we asked for! Great food, amazing pools, wonderful entertainment both on and away from the resort and the ability to truly relax! For Europe- Katie helped us narrow down where we wanted to go and what type of trip we wanted to have. When we landed on Croatia, she did a great job of planning 10 days mixed with adventure and exploring at our own pace! We had walking tours, boat tours that allowed us to explore so many islands, and even had some private tour of the cutest winery! She gave us so many food, bars and activity ideas that we wish we had more time there to do them all! Lastly, we had our flights canceled at 4am on the day we were set to leave and Katie was already texting with new flights before I even had heard from the airline about alternate options! AMAZING! We are already dreaming up where we want to go next!
