Had an acrylic nail set done at Victoria nails, was seated with a younger male tech. I showed him the reference photos at the beginning of the appt and he said he was able to do it, he then continued to complain under his breath of how complicated the design was. My nails were not done properly and were holding on for dear life, design and colour were nice but when I asked if he could fill in the gaps he reassured me that’s how they are supposed to look, while overpricing me for the set. Overall my nails were pretty but poorly done, overpriced, plus unwanted attitude.

I got a pedicure today and was in and out in 21 minutes! I have never been so rushed through a service in my life. $70 it was after tax. The polish looks like a toddler did it and the nails are not straight.

Honestly the worst, and most expensive, manicure I've ever received. Was in and out in 20 minutes and paid over $100 for two manicures... My cuticles were rough, the polish was messy and uneven and began to chip within the first day. Super rushed, not relaxing at all. Definitely regret spending money here.

I love this place and I’ve had amazing experiences with the other nail techs when it came to the shape, prep and art of my nails. However this time I was not impressed with how the nail prep was done. The lady was very harsh and aggressive with the filling and made my cuticles bleed on a both hands and when I asked for her to be gentler, she was not. She also had dug out my cuticles so much that it burned with the acetone. My nails are extremely sore, red and irritated from it. And when it came to the shape she forgot chunks of the acrylic on the underneath portion of my nails that made my nails look chunky. I to them off with my own nail file.
