Decathlon has great prices and very interesting range of sporting goods. I was able to get everything I needed to upgrade my lap swimming gear. Checkout is so easy with the drop box technology. Overall it was a good experience shopping there.

Just wanted to give this store a shout out for having public washrooms, a water filling station, and air pump station inside available to the public. I ended up buying a bike saddle while there for the visit. Pretty cool store.

I'm amazed at the quality of the goods, so cheaply too! Came for a hiking backpack and was pleased with the selection they had. Ended picking an adjustable bag (shoulder + chest straps, adjustable back + padded hip straps with pockets) with a metal frame and back support. I'm so happy with it, a 38L bag that I will use for all my future expeditions (very sturdy material) for only $95! The only criticism I have is it does not come with a rain-cover, but those can be bought easily anywhere. Overall a good experience, thinking about going back for hiking poles. Good job Decathlon Ottawa!
