Super impressed with the service! The staff were patient, informative, and genuinely cared about helping me. I planned my team-building trip one month in advance, and the PIC I was dealing with was extremely kind, accommodating, and very experienced in planning corporate activities. Two days before the trip, I realised I had booked the wrong date. The PIC, Pija, personally called to remind me and helped rearrange everything to the correct date. It felt so thoughtful and genuine, not many accommodation services would go the extra mile like that. We signed up for the 2D1N team-building package with accommodation at RM472 per pax, and honestly, the experience exceeded our expectations. The games were surprisingly good, properly planned, challenging in the right way, and really helped us bond as a team. We had Adam as our instructor , he was patient, attentive, and took care of us the entire time. Everything was explained clearly, and we felt guided every step of the way. AND THE FOOD ,from breakfast to lunch, tea break, and dinner was beyond our expectations. Truly 10/10. My team, mostly Chinese colleagues, absolutely loved it. I also found myself appreciating the orang asli culture even more; the use of bamboo everywhere felt so beautiful and meaningful. The entire place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, the whole process was smooth and efficient. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I’d confidently recommend them. Just a small note: if you’re looking for something fancy or very quiet, this might not be your style. No frills, no luxury — this place is built for adventure, team-building, and the outdoors. Tadom Hill is also very close to KLIA, so yes, you will hear plane sounds. But honestly? If you want a memorable bonding session with your colleagues, I highly recommend proposing this place to your company. We loved it!

I recently stayed at Tadom Hill Resorts for a team-building event, and overall, I enjoyed the experience. The environment and activities were great for group bonding. However, I was disappointed with my experience at the go-kart activity. We paid for a double-seat go-kart ride, but upon arrival, I was not allowed to ride because the kart was said to be too small for my body size. This made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I even offered to pay extra if needed, but the staff did not provide any alternative solution. When we asked to switch to a single-seat go-kart, the staff appeared reluctant and unhelpful. While I still appreciate the resort and our overall stay, I hope the management can improve staff communication and handling of such situations, as it left a negative impression despite an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The training room lacked service such as cleaning, water bottle reload and the mic system sucks. Food is good and accommodation is good. Their outdoor activity is good too. You must get used to the plane flying above you every 3 to 5 min whole day. Overall 7/10

This place is a nature resort with outdoor activities. As long as you like outdoors, dun mind getting hot, muddy and dirty, dun mind get visited by bugs, not expect modern class facilities, not picky about food, dun mind noisy people laughing and chatting loudly till wee of the night, then you will enjoy this place.||||Stayed 1 night in Jun 2022. I like the nature scenery at this resort, its bamboo plants and its Hakka Village. It have a nice sunset and a small patch of water lily. If they take care of the lilies and let it multiples, it will make the place very beautiful. For staying guest, their water sports and some of their outdoor games (eg : badminton, volleyball, etc) are free. Otherwise, need to buy day pass for these. Their extreme sport activities (eg : ATV, flying fox, etc) are charged separately. You can relax and have your meal at their cafe which have a nice view of the lake. They served local and some western food (eg: burger and chops). They also have many bbq huts and bbq pit for rental||||My semantan bamboo chalet is basic but nice. It comes with aircon, ceiling fan, hair dryer, electric kettle, several wall plugs, electric, mosquito repellent and have its own attached bathroom with hot shower. ||||Their breakfast is very standard with local food, such as nasi lemak, fried mee hoon, fried mee, fried eggs, red beans, sausages, cereals, bread, fruit, coffee, tea and orange juice. Taste is so-so but eatable.
