Village Medical at Walgreens

I usually try to veer from giving 1-star reviews. I think that’s mainly because the service I receive tends to err on the more positive 4 to 5-star range. Unfortunately, this entire office is unprofessional, disorganized, and poor with communication. There are definitely about 2-3 SWEET, well-intentioned secretaries that I appreciate, but NO ONE returns phone calls, no one returns voicemail messages, and no one know where to direct me. I’ve been a patient here for about 2 years now and think I need to find a new primary care, which is unfortunate. Lastly, whoever I spoke with today in the ANSWERING SERVICE dept was the rudest human I’ve ever spoken with. Part of the reason I have positive ratings for many places is because I’m cordial and treat people with respect. Whichever woman I spoke with today (9/08/2020 - around 2pm) failed to understand my question, failed to understand the office misinformed me, failed to be patient, and failed to keep things professional. Please - if you’re hoping to feel seen, heard, or cared for at all... listen to the 1-star reviews & do not choose this place.😔

Place is terrible. My primary did her best but the people at the desk were incompetent and rud

Do not call do not waist your time you will be on hold for 10 minutes at a time and then they will hang up on you consitently the in clinic experiance it at best average but it's just one frustration after another unless you want to go in person for everything and I mean everything save your time and choose somewhere else
