Updated my review to a five star during my second visit. Truly had a great experience here. We booked the King suite for a night with breakfast. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good with large variety of options catering to different preferences along with plenty of healthy food to pick from. I also noticed a stage setup in the dining hall, so I guess there's live music happening at times , but will check on this and update. They have a nice food and beverage menu with room service to order in. There is ample parking outside the property. They also have a beautiful pool and outdoor seating arrangements, but we couldn't take advantage of that as we visited between work. Perhaps next time when we have more time on hand. Overall our experience was very peaceful with no hiccups whatsoever. Surely coming back here.

Honestly, writing this review feels like the biggest waste of my time, but I’m doing it anyway because you clearly deserve to hear this. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would, but since that’s not an option, I’ll settle for one. If you have the choice, seriously, go somewhere else. Abu Dhabi has plenty of other hotels that are far better options than this one. A simple issue that were handled poorly—there was absolutely ZERO hospitality. Upon entering our room, we were barely settled in when we started getting calls threatening us with “guest” issues. I’ll leave it at that—you know exactly what I mean. What followed was a two-hour nightmare of back-and-forth with the front desk. Oh, and their staff? Well, their side comments in their native language as if we could not understand and also were louder than their manager’s voice. Super professional, right? In the end, we decided to cut our losses and leave. When we asked about a refund, they told us "no refund after 2 PM," which would’ve been helpful to know BEFORE they let us check-in. Sure, we lost money, but at least we didn’t waste any more time there. After reading the feedback from others, I’m not sure what we would’ve been in for had we stayed. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

We stayed for 10 days. The room was nice and comfortable, I like the colours and the design. Daily cleaning. The washroom was big. The swimming pool was amazing and the water was warm. The GYM had modern machines, and I could do my daily workouts. The only problem with the hotel is the location. You need to walk for 10-15 mins to get to the main road where the restaurants and groceries are, and sometimes it's hard to get a taxi. And finally the staff were nice and friendly.

This hotel is nice. The design of villas like, and the nearby massage, spa ,barber shop and restaurants is very convenient. We booked a suite, and I was surprised that it was really big compared with the other hotels, it was clean, and well furnished. The humidity smell was there but very acceptable. The room service is very good, and the extra bed costs 100 AED, which is not much, I think! The check in and check out process were fast. The experience in total was very good, and yes I would recommend it.
