I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Terrible experience that has been really stressful to deal with. Items covered in mould, ripped and stained all advertised as Grade A. The smell is horrendous. I’ve waited 4 days for a response after being told my emails would be reviewed, but I don’t understand what there is to review? The items are beyond wearable!! Please contact me with regard to an update on my refund process on the items that are beyond wearable.

What a nightmare of a company. It’s a shame that I didn’t see the reviews here before ordering - instead I blindly believed Tiktokers. My first order was on 22/08/25 - still waiting. Tried to get a refund. Ignored. Reported to my bank who have to wait 30 days. Ridiculous. My second order on 28/08/25 - arrived today. It was stated as “50 x KIDS BRANDED T-SHIRTS” well it’s actually a box of tat. A box of UNBRANDED kids tops. American tat. Truly ATROCIOUS quality. Just absolute rubbish. Not a brand in sight. I’ve lost all hope of getting a human response from them as they love to use an AI email bot. Seems I’ll be forced into making a fraud claim with my bank and also the financial ombudsman. Maybe throw in trading standards too. Social media isn’t off limits because people need to be aware of how BAD this company are. I’m sorry. Dear Vintage Wholesale Supply - you simply can’t trade, take people’s money and not provide the products you claim to have/sell. That’s called Fraud.

Stay far away… My partner had to open a chargeback with my bank due to Vintage Wholesale Supply’s complete lack of response to our emails regarding an “A-grade” order, 24 out of 100 items arrived damaged, and the rest were not fit for resale (high-school PE kit shorts rather than basketball shorts as listed). We also have another order that was placed over four weeks ago that’s still not been dispatched. Despite emailing multiple times over the past 10 days requesting a refund, I’ve had no meaningful reply. It’s extremely disappointing, this is the first time we've ever had to go through a chargeback process or consider contacting Trading Standards. The lack of communication and customer service is shocking, especially when I had planned to become a regular weekly buyer. As a business owner myself, I’m genuinely disgusted by the experience. (See for yourselves below some of the "A" grade shorts we recieved)

Ordered 50 jackets in grade A condition. They turned up and they were ripped, dirty and stained. Which is clearly not grade A. I’ve tried messing the company on Facebook, Instagram and email and have not had a single response. Would definitely never buy from this company again. Shocking!
