Never in my life , I have experienced such terrible customer service. First of all , there were two employees working. We went in the store and 1 employee was dealing with a customer and the other was free. 10 minutes in the store and the employee( older women with blunt cut hair) doesn’t pay attention to at least acknowledge that a customer is in the store!! I mean i am so shocked. . She was so busy doing here work that she’s didn’t even bother to at least welcome the customer and ask what they are looking for. After about 10 minutes she rushed straight to the back room . I don’t know if she doesn’t wanna work or is unhappy? Please stay at home if that’s the scenario because you are defaming the brand!! And yes , i went to Pandora and had a great customer service:-)

Went in on the Black Friday weekend assuming it was going to busy but I had never been in there before and a pair of beautiful heart hoops caught my eye. The only people in the store were me and 4 other employees. I was never once greeted, never asked what I was looking for. I simply walked around multiple times until I got the courage to ask for assistance. Finally one of the females pointed to the hoops and told me to take a look at them. I was in shock as I had never seen customer service like this. After about 10 mins a man and I believe his son walked in and right away they were greeted. One female was eating pizza in the corner while the others are still of no help. At one point, one of the females leaves her product on the counter and proceeds to leave. I know that’s a big no no in the jewelry buisness and someone could’ve easily stolen the items left there. I waited and waited and nothing. Before leaving I explained that this was the first and last time I would be walking into there store. I was so excited to buy them but I couldn’t shake the fact that I had been completely ignored while others were being helped. I’ve worked jewelry retail and I know you want to receive your commission and you sniff out the ones you assume will spend the most but at least try to make it less obvious. They told me I could buy it online so that’s where I’ll go, I suggest you do the same unless you’re a man looking to get your pockets emptied. thanks for the help ladies!

When i walked in two of the customer service person were there free and the store was literally empty and when i asked about jewelry they told its all around the store and i can choose and they continued talking….. didnt offered any help or explained about any shop promotions or deal. Treat the customer equally and dont discriminate

Customer service was terrible. They told me they no longer make the flat stud earring and suggested a sliver flat unappealing pair. The girl did not listen to what I was looking for and she walked away so I found a similar product (flat stud with a cluster)and when I tried to check out even then the staff was not friendly to help. They offered to gift wrap the lady’s purchase before me but did not offer to wrap mine (- I felt because I had complained to the two at the cash of the poor service I received ). I will take my business elsewhere from this point forward. Left unimpressed : I would have thought better for this store
