If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would! Hannah, is simply outstanding and even that doesn't do her justice! Her consistency and fluency of comms is stellar, no task is too big or too small and she always goes the extra mile, with the customer at the heart of everything she does. My re-mortgage was not smooth sailing, and that is putting it lightly! Throughout the process, Hannah has always been on hand to answer my questions, no matter how stupid or at times, simplistic! She's developed my knowledge of the process as she goes, through her friendly nature, product knowledge, and fantastically supportive attitude.
