If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would! Hannah, is simply outstanding and even that doesn't do her justice! Her consistency and fluency of comms is stellar, no task is too big or too small and she always goes the extra mile, with the customer at the heart of everything she does. Having worked with two excellent mortgage brokers before, I can confidently say that Serena operates on an entirely different level of service and dedication. She supported me through a complex and challenging house purchase that stretched over 7 months. At times, the process was so difficult I considered walking away — but Serena’s professionalism, patience, and proactive problem-solving kept everything on track. She intuitively understands her clients’ concerns, often addressing them before they even need to be raised. One of the most impressive examples of her commitment was when the lender’s solicitor made several critical errors, putting us at risk of significant delays — which could have had serious financial implications for my renovation timeline. Serena stepped in, going well beyond her role, and ensured all necessary documents were submitted correctly and promptly, even those the solicitor failed to request. Close to completion, the lender unexpectedly asked for additional proof of funds. Again, Serena was quick to respond, helping me gather and organise all the required documents efficiently and under time pressure. Serena is not just a mortgage broker — she is a true professional, a problem solver, and a strong advocate for her clients.
