Michael helped me tremendously in healing and getting back to playing sports in no time. Originally I had went to physio and was told I would be there three times a week for up to six weeks with lower back issues. I saw Michael after this, for ART, and he was able to identify my back tightness was due to my hamstrings being too tight. He helped me get back to normal functioning in a few sessions. I would highly recommend Vital Point massage!

Had been happy with her replacement but then she went off on maternity leave so I was once again left looking for a good therapist when my chiro suggested this spot. Now it's out of the way for me coming from the east end but I have to say I am very very happy with this clinic! Lesley has been absolutely amazing and it's like she has been massaging me for years! I have been a client of Mike Michaud's for the better part of 12 years. Everything from a torn abductor muscle to back, hip and shoulder issues. I have found Mike to be very knowledgeable, informed and very current with new massage therapy techniques (ART). The fact that he is an athlete himself allows him to understand and relate to your own injuries.
