I’ve been coming to Jas for 5+ years now. Even before this specific salon existed. Her and the rest of the staff (especially Sonu) -- are all amazing and I’d recommend all their services. I get wax, blow outs, eyebrows, and facials here :)

This is a great small salon. I've been here a few times for waxing, threading, and facial. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The salon is clean, and it is evident that they use good hygienic practices. For waxing, I recommend the Nufree wax; it's less painful and non-irritating. The website needs to be updated as the credit valley location no longer exists, and prices need to be updated. The prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place, and I will be going here again!

Body shaming people and giving unsolicited opinions about how one should live their life is never acceptable, especially in a professional setting. My sister went to Vivo Salon expecting a relaxing experience, but instead, the owner Jasmin made inappropriate and hurtful comments about her body. This behaviour is unprofessional and unethical. A salon should be a safe and welcoming space for everyone, regardless of their body type or size and ethnicity. No one deserves to leave a service feeling worse about themselves than when they arrived. I hope Vivo Salon reflects on this and commits to creating a more respectful and inclusive environment for clients. You have lost another client, I will not be visiting your salon anymore after being your client for 10+ years. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
