Totally loved staying here, facilities were lovely and staff exceptional. Big shout out to Ramsey who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay and my room was well kept and lovely all the time. Great lad!

Faisal from breakfast service extends excellent hospitality with warm smile and sincere human touch, a surprisingly rare commodity in this 5 star hotel. Also went to the Spa for a massage which was excellent relaxation only to revert to nothing when I later opted for the facial, which was done on the same type of massage bed (but without pillow, and head sinking through the face-down massage position hole) to allow facial done. Albeit my tolerance maxed, the 75 minutes facial was so unbearable for my back, that I kept asking how much longer for the session to be over. Not worth a cent paid. Hotel should not provide services when not able to provide the proper facilities for a proper facial session - as understood from the facial lady, the unadjustable massage bed with a hole for face down massage is the only bed provided for facial too. Shame!
