Fantastic hotel, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate and room made beautifully everyday both morning and evening turndown service by the housekeepers. They replenished our water, toiletries and coffees daily and there was a lovely turn down service provided in the evening and the rooms were a lovely temperature. When we arrived we had initially received the wrong room but was quickly rectified and provided a different room and bags transported by the bell boy. Very efficient. We received room service and it was promptly delivered by a very efficient gentleman. The reception staff were also very helpful. The valet parking gentlemen were absolutely fantastic, very quick and extremely friendly and helpful on parking and returning our car every day. Highly recommend this hotel and we will return.

Even though this hotel houses 1200 guests at a time. We felt like the only ones there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I even used the pillow menu! The room was spectacular and big with lovely facilities both a shower and bath. In house filtered water rather than plastic bottles. So much food choice and lovely restaurants. Amazing location too 👌

We had a wonderful family stay at the Marriott Palm Jumeirah this past week. The hotel was luxurious and well equipped, the food and drinks offerings were excellent and every member of staff we encountered was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. I was celebrating my birthday and the staff collaborated with my partner to decorate our room with balloons and sent a delicious cake to the room to celebrate- a wonderful touch! Finally, our 2 year old son got a bit panicked in the water in his inflatable ring and his head went under water and although my partner got to him to pull his head out of the water in time, the lifeguard had spotted this and jumped in to get him too, in case we didn’t get him out in time. I could tell that they were very vigilant on what was happening in the pool at all times. Thanks to all the team for a memorable stay.

We had an incredible stay at the Marriott. We stayed half-board and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast & lunch, which had so much choice and was different every day. The food was delicious and was definitely the best hotel food we've ever had. The restaurant staff were incredible too, extremely helpful and friendly! I was delivered a complimentary birthday cake to our room after they saw my birthday cards out on the side, which was a lovely touch. The pool staff were very helpful and brought out plenty of complimentary water throughout the day. Also a great touch that they give out complimentary suncream and ice lollies around the pool. The only downside was our check-in experience, where we were met by a rude and unhelpful female staff member. Additionally, the bed arrangement was disappointing; instead of the double bed we requested, we were given two large single beds. The beds themselves were really hard, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was exceptional!
